The purpose of this reference chart is to show all available programs and services specifically to Children’s Health and well being in First Nations Communities. The coloured components are to show the similar availability in other programs.

Commissioned by Little Black Bear & Associates, our challenge was to gather all the information given and design a poster to be displayed in these communities as a reference tool. This massive poster measures 42 x 60 inches and was printed on a highly durable plastic with UV inks. 500 in total were printed and shipped to each community.

Along with the poster, a table mat was created for the reception counters.
