Chris Redekop is a master at bringing people together to turn vision into reality. With a diverse background spanning Fine Arts, Film Production, and Certified Management, he blends creativity with precision to orchestrate complex projects. His expertise in operations, communications, and strategic networking allows him to seamlessly coordinate large-scale initiatives with stakeholders from all backgrounds.

As Director of Operations & Video Strategy at Vincent Design, Chris leads the charge in crafting impactful visual storytelling. From high-energy commercials to engaging short-form ads and dynamic explainers, he ensures that every project is executed with precision, purpose, and creativity. His ability to connect the right people and resources ensures that Vincent Design continues to push the boundaries of visual storytelling while delivering meaningful results for clients.

Will brings a wealth of technology, media experience, and strategic thinking to the table. His expert knowledge of user experience, digital media, and interactive design allows him to lead and nurture the development team in developing their skills in innovative website design. His knowledge base is continually growing in tandem with today’s technology.

Allyssa Shrupka is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture where teams can thrive. With expertise in HR, administration, budgeting, and business operations, she ensures that Vincent Design runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her background in guest experience and team facilitation has given her a deep understanding of people management and organizational efficiency.

Currently pursuing an HR degree at RRC Polytech and having completed multiple certifications through First Nations University of Canada, Allyssa is continuously expanding her expertise in human resources and organizational development. As the People, Culture & Admin Director at Vincent Design, she focuses on employee engagement, staff management, and operational excellence, creating an environment where both the team and the business can reach their full potential.

Jonny is an expert at determining a client’s potential for growth. He works diligently to build positive relationships within our professional network and addresses customer concerns quickly and effectively.

Tony Quach is a strategist and problem solver who thrives at the intersection of marketing, client relations, and business innovation. With over five years of experience in integrated marketing strategy, cross-functional project leadership, and client relationship management, he has successfully led complex campaigns from concept to execution—all while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba, Tony applies a data-driven approach to strategy, ensuring that every decision is backed by insights and aligned with client goals. As Strategy & Strategic Account Director at Vincent Design, he focuses on building strong client partnerships, optimizing service delivery, and developing innovative solutions that drive measurable success.

Deidre’s client-centered management approach focuses on professional relationship building through communication and collaboration. She works to emphasize the importance of community-first initiatives while providing outreach and partnership development for Vincent Design.

As the Operations Assistant, Tristan support the seamless execution of daily operations, ensuring that all projects run efficiently from start to finish, coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and liaising with team members and clients to maintain smooth workflows.

Wes brings years of experience running teams to his role as Project Manager. His ability to lead, organize and facilitate allows team members to thrive within their roles.

Holly has a background in marketing, project coordination, nurturing client relationships, planning digital user experiences, and copywriting. With her diverse skillset, she blends creative process with functionality to deliver the best of both in her work.

Digital Marketer Faith, specializes in promotion and engagement within digital media networks and platforms. With a background in creative writing, Faith applies her expertise in marketing to research, develop strategies and create, manage, and analyze digital media content.

Kristin is a seasoned content creator with years of experience in marketing and copywriting, bringing a sharp, strategic edge to her work. With a background in journalism, she combines her storytelling skills and marketing expertise to create compelling and impactful content.

Content Coordinator Katie, is passionate about making connections. Through the perfect selection and arrangement of content she implements strategies based on best practices and client input. She has a gift for finding the link between client services and the target market.

Art Director, Rob, has over two decades experience in design and marketing. Proficient in branding, campaign building, UI/UX design, and print/editorial design he is continually focused on honing his expertise by actively following current technology trends and best practices.

Jennifer has over 15 years of industry experience, including more than 10 at the agency level  She has high organizational IQ, backed by a foundation in marketing and design. From kickoff to completion, Jennifer loves collaborating and supporting clients in getting their project vision realized.

Senior Designer, Kali, has an incredibly diverse range of talents from illustration to graphic design, social media, print layouts, and more. Her capacity to adapt to a project is displayed in her ability to find creative solutions to any design challenge.

Senior Designer, Jon, has a passion for communicating ideas visually. He applies a lifetime of experience with illustration, and his background in Fine Arts to the creation of exceptional logo concepts, print design, and typography.

Graphic Designer, Renée, takes special pride in creating visually-engaging, marketing material for clients. She combines her skills in illustration, print and multimedia design along with her experience in local arts + culture groups to create work of exceptional depth.

Graphic Designer Cassy, has an incredibly wide skill set spanning from textile to web and more! An Oji-Cree woman with a background that includes working in First Nation governance organizations, for major marketing campaigns and in television she is a valued member of the team.

Graphic Designer, Nazul is a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a specialty in web designs. He is a veracious researcher of industry trends/strategies, and enjoys creating high-fidelity UI designs, and collaborating with developers and designers to build engaging design products.

Graphic Designer, Kyungdeok, is a University of Manitoba grad with honours from the Fine Arts program. He excels at creating clean, engaging layouts through application of typography fundamentals and layout principles with a focus on high level concept development.

Graphic Designer, Allee is an honours grad from the RRC Graphic Design program. She is passionate about merging beauty and function, focusing on illustration and UI design.

Serenity is a graphic designer and illustrator. She enjoys the exploration process of design and hopes to specialize in web, editorial, and illustrative graphics.

Dade is an honours graduate of RRC Polytech’s Graphic Design program. His enthusiasm for using visual art and illustration as a form of communication drew him towards the field of design. He looks forward to broadening his skillset in the coming years.

Experienced with videography, post production, and animation, Anja conveys clients’ ideas and messages using a range of highly engaging techniques. From behind the camera to the editing room floor, Anja leads the video team in expressing engaging and meaningful storytelling through video, motion, and sound design.

Kayla uses her skill and imagination to produce engaging video/audio, animation, and visual effects for; websites, social media and various video platforms. Kayla works closely with our creative team to incorporate moving design elements into a wide range of digital marketing projects.

Sydney has a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from the University of Manitoba. She has been filming and editing videos recreationally for over a decade, and recently has embraced documentary filmmaking. She loves using video to create impactful stories and is always trying new skills and techniques.

Web developer, Zack, spends nearly every day, experimenting with and perfecting the use of multiple programming languages. With a wide variety of development talents, he builds websites that delight and inform.

Keith applies his diverse background and natural aptitude in web development fluently in all leading programming languages. Keith delivers the highest quality of programming solutions to our digital projects.

Jordan is motivated by creating solutions for real world problems. He is enthusiastic about the ever changing environment of software, and will always invite a conversation about new and emerging tech.

Brick focuses on creating a seamless and meaningful user experience by understanding user needs, conducting research, and designing intuitive interfaces. He also balances the application of visual, interactive elements of websites to create aesthetically-pleasing layouts.

Aarish joined Vincent Design after graduating from RRC Polytechnic. He uses his experience and skill in web development and technology to find creative and innovative solutions to complex problems — while his understanding of design helps him code beautiful websites for clients.

Daniel is a self-taught developer with a passion for technology and finding solutions to complex issues. He approaches every project with an upbeat and positive attitude. He enjoys being organized and analytical when it comes to delivering the best products for our clients.

Web Developer Alex, has a proven ability to adapt in both self-starting and collaborative environments while staying focused on achieving high-quality results under strict deadlines. This quality and results-based approach has driven Alex to expand his learning and create exceptional web based products.

Sarah is a graduate of RRC Polytech’s Interaction Design and Development program, she also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Manitoba. Her creative background and strong artistic sensibilities inform meaningful approaches to project work.

Honey Denby takes her role as Office Morale Specialist very seriously—especially when it comes to protecting the office from suspicious delivery people. Known for her irresistible cuteness and expert treat-collecting skills (the more, the better!), Honey brightens everyone’s day with snuggles in cozy beds and blankets. When she’s not on security patrol, you’ll find her happily playing with her toys or making the rounds to visit all her friends at their desks for pets and attention. Her mission: keep spirits high, floors crumb-free, and treat jars well-stocked.

Indy Waffles has been proudly serving as Office Morale Specialist at Vincent Design for two years. A proud graduate of Pawsh Dog Puppy Kindergarten (Class of 2022), Indy brings endless enthusiasm, butt wiggles, and floor-cleaning expertise to the team. His daily responsibilities include playing fetch, barking at delivery drivers (he takes security very seriously), and expertly ringing his doggy doorbell. Indy has also become a master of carrot consumption and ensuring no snack goes uneaten. Known for his positive attitude and very good boi energy, Indy reminds everyone to take breaks, smile, and—most importantly—hand out more treats.
