Meet Vincent Design

Shaun Vincent is an award-winning artist, designer, and entrepreneur with deep Métis roots. After earning his Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design from RRC Polytech, he founded Vincent Design in 2007, growing it into a leading Indigenous-led branding firm. His work blends Indigenous knowledge with Western design, guided by Elder teachings and the principle of “Two-Eyed Seeing.”

As the Director of Brand and Creative Strategy, Shaun moves beyond clichés and incorporates culturally significant elements, creating authentic, community-driven visual identities. Through collaborations with organizations like Southern Chiefs’ Organization and Ka Ni Kanichihk, he continues to elevate Indigenous representation in branding and design. His commitment to meaningful storytelling ensures that every project reflects the depth, pride, and resilience of the communities it represents.

As Partner & Director of Marketing and Digital Services at Vincent Design, Will has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth since its inception in 2017. Initially serving as Lead Developer, he worked alongside Shaun Vincent and Chris Redekop to expand Vincent Design from a small team of three to a thriving firm of over 35. Will has been instrumental in building and leading the development team, ensuring that the company’s digital solutions meet the highest standards.

Beyond development, he has helped shape broader business strategies, driving innovation in marketing, branding, and digital services. His strategic vision and solutions-based approach continue to propel Vincent Design’s success in delivering impactful, technology-driven services.

Chris Redekop is a master at bringing people together to turn vision into reality. With a diverse background spanning Fine Arts, Film Production, and Certified Management, he blends creativity with precision to orchestrate complex projects. His expertise in operations, communications, and strategic networking allows him to seamlessly coordinate large-scale initiatives with stakeholders from all backgrounds.

As Director of Operations and Video Strategy at Vincent Design, Chris leads the charge in crafting impactful visual storytelling. From high-energy commercials to engaging short-form ads and dynamic explainers, he ensures that every project is executed with precision, purpose, and creativity. His ability to connect the right people and resources ensures that Vincent Design continues to push the boundaries of visual storytelling while delivering meaningful results for clients.

Allyssa Shrupka is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture where teams can thrive. With expertise in HR, administration, budgeting, and business operations, she ensures that Vincent Design runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her background in guest experience and team facilitation has given her a deep understanding of people management and organizational efficiency.

Currently pursuing an HR degree at RRC Polytech and having completed multiple certifications through First Nations University of Canada, Allyssa is continuously expanding her expertise in human resources and organizational development. As the Director of HR and Community Partnerships at Vincent Design, she focuses on employee engagement, staff management, and operational excellence, creating an environment where both the team and the business can reach their full potential.

Tony Quach is a strategist and problem solver who thrives at the intersection of marketing, client relations, and business innovation. With over five years of experience in integrated marketing strategy, cross-functional project leadership, and client relationship management, he has successfully led complex campaigns from concept to execution—all while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba, Tony applies a data-driven approach to strategy, ensuring that every decision is backed by insights and aligned with client goals. As Director of Growth and Client Strategy at Vincent Design, he focuses on building strong client partnerships, optimizing service delivery, and developing innovative solutions that drive measurable success.

Eric Heckert brings a strong foundation in business and client relations to his role as an Account Manager. A graduate of the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in Human Resources/Industrial Relations and Marketing. Prior to joining Vincent Design, Eric gained valuable experience managing projects and accounts within the agricultural industry—where he developed a keen understanding of how to build long-term client relationships and deliver strategic solutions.

With a collaborative approach and a focus on results, Eric is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals through thoughtful communication and well-executed strategies.

As Operations Assistant, Tristin plays a key role in keeping projects on track and running smoothly. He supports the day-to-day operations by coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between team members and clients. His attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities help ensure that deadlines are met and workflows stay efficient. Tristin is also working toward certificates in bookkeeping and managerial roles, continually building his skillset to support the team in even more ways.

As Project Manager at Vincent Design, Wes Pomarensky brings years of experience leading teams and coordinating complex projects. With a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation, he combines strong organizational skills with clear communication to help projects run smoothly from start to finish. Wes excels at facilitating collaboration, ensuring team members have what they need to succeed in their roles while keeping timelines and objectives on track.

As Marketing Manager at Vincent Design, Holly Abuda brings a dynamic blend of creativity, strategy, and collaboration to every project. Holly’s expertise spans content review, digital user experience planning, marketing strategy, and reporting — allowing her to connect creative vision with functionality.

Her areas of expertise include B2C and B2B marketing strategies, social media marketing, copywriting, keyword research, SEO, content ideation, and campaign creation. Faith is skilled at developing and executing digital strategies, managing Meta Ads, and using GA4 to track and analyze performance.

Rob’s commitment to continuous growth drives him to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and design practices, ensuring his work remains fresh and relevant.

An Oji-Cree woman, Cassy’s background includes working with First Nation governance organizations, contributing to major marketing campaigns, and experience in the television industry — all of which give her a unique and valuable perspective in her design work. A graduate of Red River College’s Digital Media Design program, with a major in Web Development, Cassy is passionate about creating polished, professional designs.

Nazul is a detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a focus on UI/UX design and web projects. With experience as an in-house junior designer and years of freelance illustration, Allee has developed a versatile approach to design, applying her skills across branding, print, and digital media.

Dade is an honours graduate of RRC Polytech’s Graphic Design program with a strong foundation in visual storytelling. His background in illustration and his passion for using art as a communication tool led him naturally into the field of design. Dade enjoys developing creative concepts that balance visual identity, thoughtful branding, and clear messaging.

As the Video Lead for Vincent Design, Anja Pearson brings expertise in videography, post-production, and animation to help clients tell their stories in dynamic, visually compelling ways. From directing shoots to refining footage in the editing room, she guides the video team in crafting thoughtful narratives through motion and sound design.

With years of experience as a video editor and motion graphics designer, as well as serving as the video editor for TEDx Winnipeg talks (2024, 2025), Anja has honed her ability to turn ideas into polished, engaging content. Her passion for animation, motion graphics, branding, and logo design allows her to blend technical precision with creativity in every project.

Kayla brings creativity and imagination to her role as Motion Designer, producing dynamic video, audio, animation, and visual effects for websites, social media, and digital platforms. With over 30 years of experience in web development, Keith Solomon brings deep expertise and precision to every project he touches. After spending two decades as a successful freelancer, Keith joined Vincent Design, where he now leads the development team with a focus on delivering robust, high-quality digital solutions. Fluent in all leading programming languages, he is especially passionate about custom WordPress themes and plugin development, PHP programming, and tackling complex technical challenges.

Jordan is driven by a passion for building practical solutions to real-world challenges. Honey Denby takes her role as Office Morale Specialist very seriously—especially when it comes to protecting the office from suspicious delivery people. Known for her irresistible cuteness and expert treat-collecting skills (the more, the better!), Honey brightens everyone’s day with snuggles in cozy beds and blankets. When she’s not on security patrol, you’ll find her happily playing with her toys or making the rounds to visit all her friends at their desks for pets and attention. Her mission: keep spirits high, floors crumb-free, and treat jars well-stocked.
