Vincent Design Ads Tool — Privacy Policy

Vincent Design Inc. operates Vincent Design Ads Tool for internal advertising reporting, keyword research, and campaign management. This policy explains how the tool handles information obtained through the Google Ads API.
Information accessed
When an authorized user connects a Google Ads account, the tool accesses account identifiers, campaign and advertising settings, keyword information, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, costs, and conversions, as needed for its functions. The tool also uses OAuth credentials and tokens to authenticate authorized API requests.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare reports, evaluate advertising performance, research keywords, and carry out authorized campaign-management tasks for the connected accounts.
Storage and protection
The tool runs on Vincent Design-controlled computers. Credentials and downloaded Google Ads data are stored on encrypted, password-protected devices, with access limited to authorized staff who need the information for their work. Credentials are kept separate from reports and source code. Connections to Google use encrypted HTTPS connections.
Working data and credentials are excluded from automatic cloud synchronization. Any backup copies are encrypted, remain under Vincent Design’s control, and are accessible only to authorized staff.
Sharing
Google Ads data is available to authorized Vincent Design staff. Reports about a client’s account may be shared with that client and its authorized representatives for advertising reporting and management. The tool communicates with Google to retrieve data and carry out authorized account actions.
The tool does not send Google Ads data to third-party analytics or AI services. We do not sell or rent Google Ads data or use it to train general-purpose AI models. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention and deletion
Downloaded performance data and reports are retained for up to 13 months to support reporting and year-over-year comparisons. Temporary exports and troubleshooting logs are retained for no more than 30 days. Logs do not contain OAuth tokens or client secrets.
OAuth credentials associated with a connected account are retained only while the connection is needed. On disconnection, termination of account management, or a verified deletion request, we delete the associated credentials and stored account data from active storage within 30 days. Deleted information is removed from backup copies within a further 90 days. Data subject to a legal retention obligation is retained only for that obligation and access is restricted.
Copies of reports already delivered to a client are controlled by that client and are not automatically removed when Vincent Design deletes its own copies.
Users can revoke the tool’s access through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access prevents further authorized API access; it does not automatically delete information previously downloaded by Vincent Design. Google API data
Vincent Design Ads Tool’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
