Supporting Manitoba families for more than 20 years, Continuity Care wanted a clean, fresh look and an easy-to-navigate website to house their resources, programs and information for the people they serve.
Working closely with the executive director, we custom built and wrote a content-based website that is streamlined and user-friendly; uplifting colours and imagery of real families were used to increase the engaging and authentic appeal of their new marketing materials.
An updated, clean and modern look clearly and effectively presents the mission, programs and resources; testimonials and video clips featuring members and volunteers add further impact and a strong sense of connection..
